Astrology, Human Design, and intuitive guidance

Online courses, rituals, activations, and workshops
Coaching, consulting, and supportive guidance
We reserve the right to modify services at any time.
By participating, you agree to:
Be 18 years or older.
Provide accurate information.
Attend sessions on time.
Respect boundaries and honor confidentiality.
Not share or distribute proprietary content.
Use professional communication during all interactions.
Seek emergency medical or psychological support if needed (we are not a crisis provider).
You agree not to use our services for illegal purposes, harassment, or defamation.
The Company does not provide:
Licensed mental health therapy
Medical diagnosis or treatment
Legal or financial advice
All offerings are for personal, spiritual, and emotional development.
You agree to:
Pay all fees at the time of purchase
Complete payment plans once initiated
Ensure your payment method remains valid
Payment plans are binding agreements.
Failed or late payments may result in suspension or termination of access.
Session policies are managed through Acuity Scheduling. You agree to honor the policies listed at the time of booking.
Mentorship sessions require:
24-hour notice to reschedule
No-shows are forfeited
Emergencies handled case-by-case
Ceremonies are extremely limited and cannot be rescheduled without 72-hour notice.
All session content is confidential, except when:
Required by law
There is risk of harm to self or others
Client requests written or verbal support involving a third party
No sessions are recorded without written consent.
All content is the property of Elisha Starr LLC including:
PDFs
Rituals
Ceremonies
Course content
Videos
Activations
Branding
Copy
Spiritual teachings
You may not copy, distribute, modify, or resell any content.
The Company may terminate access for:
Breach of terms
Abuse, harassment, or unsafe behavior
Payment failure
Energy misalignment at the Company’s discretion
Refunds will not be issued in these cases.
The Company is not liable for:
Emotional outcomes
Spiritual interpretations
Personal decisions
Relationship outcomes
Business or financial outcomes
Mental or physical reactions to sessions
Loss of income
Actions taken based on our guidance
Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Hawaii, United States.

Maintain a valid card on file
Allow automatic monthly billing
Resolve failed payments within 3 business days
Failed payments may result in:
Paused access
Removal from mentorship
Additional fees (if applicable)
Termination of the payment plan
Payment plans are not cancelable once initiated.
